Jimmy Runion

Customer Experience Agent

Jimmy’s entire life has centered around farming in Virginia. He grew up with four older brothers on his family’s farm west of Mount Jackson. He spent many hours helping gather eggs for his father’s commercial layer operation. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1984, he returned to Shenandoah County, where he became Assistant Farm Manager for one of the East Coast’s largest commercial turkey-growing operations.

Jimmy joined Rockingham Insurance as an agent at his father’s agency in Mount Jackson. He eventually transitioned to Agency Principal and has over 25 years of service. Today, Jimmy and his wife Nancy reside in Woodstock with their four Golden Retrievers.

Benjamin Driver

Customer Experience Agent

Benjamin Driver is a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service. He has refined his skills to provide excellent service to clients and customers alike. Benjamin’s commitment to treating others with respect and integrity is evident in all his interactions.

Growing up on a small dairy farm in Dayton, VA, Benjamin developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the value of hard work. After spending four years in Virginia Beach, VA, he returned to the picturesque Shenandoah Valley where he has lived most of his life. Beyond his professional endeavors, Benjamin is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He finds solace and joy in exploring nature through hikes, bike rides, camping trips, and fishing excursions. This love for the great outdoors fuels his desire to connect with people and create memorable experiences. With an unwavering dedication to helping others and a genuine interest in making a positive impact on people’s lives, Benjamin Driver embodies the essence of exceptional customer service.

Nancy Dinges

Customer Experience Agent – Elkton, VA

Nancy has worked with our Elkton Office for over 30 years as an agent and office manager for Rockingham Insurance. She worked closely with Burt Blosser, the former agent in Elkton, who passed away in June of 2023, to grow the book of business in Elkton and to service our customers. Nancy enjoys interacting with our clients and helping them with their insurance needs. She was born and raised in Elkton and has connections with most of our customers. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle and spending time with her family.

Lara Blosser

Customer Experience Agent –  Elkton, VA

Lara started as a secretary in 2009 with Rockingham Insurance in the Elkton office with her father-in-law, Burt Blosser, and co-worker Nancy Dinges. After a few years, she stepped away from the business to dabble in other work adventures but found that the Elkton Office felt like home. Lara returned to the agency in 2019 and got her Property & Casualty License, and today, she is a Licensed Agent.

Lara continues to learn from a great co-worker and learned a lot from Burt. Born and raised in the small town of Luray, VA, her hometown and community have always been a part of who she is. Lara enjoys getting to know our customers, chatting with them in person or over the phone, seeing them while out and about with her husband and two boys, and creating the best package

Abigail Runion

Customer Experience Representative

Abigail is a Customer Experience Representative who has worked for Rockingham Insurance Service Agency for a little over a year. She grew up in Broadway, Virginia, and graduated from Virginia Tech. Abigail is no stranger to our Mt Jackson insureds; she assisted them prior to the creation of the Rockingham Insurance Service Agency team. She is an avid dog lover, having her own and fostering more.

Mark Thompson

Mark has represented Rockingham Insurance for his entire career, more than 30 years. He attended high school and college in Harrisonburg, where he still lives. Mark enjoys meeting with customers and ensuring they have the best coverage for their unique needs.

Beatrice Stith

Rockingham Insurance welcomes Beatrice Stith as a Customer Experience Agent.  Beatrice grew up in Upstate New York and moved to the Valley 2 years ago to be closer to family.  She is a graduate of Cincinnatus High School and attended Cazenovia College.  Her background brings a wide range of experience, including managing a dental practice, working in various law firms, and an insurance company. 

When not at work, Beatrice enjoys walking, gardening, trips to the beach, visiting her daughter, Bayley, in NY and playing with her Goldendoodle, Charlie.

Jessica Diaz

I was born and raised in Broadway, VA, and have been working in an office setting since 2015, specializing as a Spanish bi-lingual customer service representative within the insurance industry. Currently, I live in Broadway with my husband and our two daughters. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with family and friends. I’m thrilled to be part of the Rockingham Insurance team and look forward to building strong relationships with our insureds!

Nací y crecí en Broadway, VA, y he trabajado en un entorno de oficina desde 2015, especializándome en servicio al cliente en la industria de seguros. Actualmente, vivo en Broadway con mi esposo y nuestras dos hijas. Alexandria Pulliam

I’ve been in the insurance world for five years and hold both CISR and CBIA designations. I also have a degree in Risk Management, which has given me a great foundation for what I do every day—helping people feel confident about their coverage.

I’m passionate about supporting our customers and being a reliable part of the RISA team. I love making a positive impact, both at work and in the community.
